The company has unveiled the Xbox Series X-BITE, a fully functioning Xbox Series X swallowed whole by a massive, custom-built alligator, and there’s only one in existence. Even better, Xbox is giving it away to one lucky fan through a new sweepstakes.
Measuring more than five feet from snout to tail, the Xbox Series X-BITE looks like something that escaped from a creature effects workshop and wandered into a gaming convention. The console itself is housed inside the alligator’s body, with an illuminated Xbox button visible through its exterior.

Turning that inspiration into a playable piece of gaming hardware required the help of John Nolan Studio, a creature animatronics specialist responsible for bringing some memorable screen creatures to life. The studio’s previous work includes The Witcher, Jurassic World Dominion, and HBO’s upcoming Harry Potter series.
The team used 3D modeling, sculpting, and fabrication to create the alligator, paying attention to its texture and finish as well as the custom controller and illuminated console inside. The finished product combines creature fabrication with a working Xbox Series X, resulting in something that looks less like a gaming accessory and more like an animatronic animal that has developed an extremely expensive appetite.
Xbox has also released an official trailer introducing the Series X-BITE, giving fans a closer look at the unusual creation and explaining how to enter the giveaway.
