7. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Let’s Scream reports on movies, television, video games, entertainment companies, studios, performers, creators, theme parks, consumer products, and other subjects owned or operated by third parties.

8. Editorial Content, Accuracy, and Corrections

10. Advertising
The Site may contain advertising supplied by Let’s Scream or third-party advertising companies.
Advertisements may be selected, delivered, measured, or personalized by third-party services.
The appearance of an advertisement on Let’s Scream does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee of the advertiser or its products or services.
You are responsible for evaluating any product, service, offer, or claim made by an advertiser before entering into a transaction.
Advertisers are responsible for their own advertisements, products, services, representations, warranties, and business practices.
11. Sponsored and Branded Content
Let’s Scream may publish sponsored content, branded content, paid promotions, or other material produced in connection with a commercial relationship.
Where appropriate, such material will be identified through labels or disclosures.
The existence of a commercial relationship does not give a third party ownership of Let’s Scream unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Affiliate Links
Some content on Let’s Scream may contain affiliate links.
If you click an affiliate link and purchase a product, subscribe to a service, buy a ticket, or complete another qualifying transaction, Let’s Scream may receive a commission or other compensation.
Affiliate relationships do not increase your legal rights against Let’s Scream regarding products or services purchased from third parties.
Purchases made through third-party websites are transactions between you and the applicable seller and are governed by that seller’s terms, policies, warranties, and return procedures.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services

Individual promotions may be governed by separate Official Rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, geographic restrictions, prize terms, and other conditions.
By entering a promotion, you agree to comply with the Official Rules applicable to that promotion.
If the Official Rules for a particular promotion conflict with these Terms regarding that promotion, the Official Rules will control.
No purchase will be required to enter or win a sweepstakes where prohibited by applicable law.

This license does not transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual property.
You represent that:
- you have the rights necessary to submit the material;
- the submission does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- the submission does not contain unlawful material; and
- our permitted use of the submission will not violate applicable law.
Do not send confidential business information, trade secrets, embargoed material, or other information you do not have authority to disclose.
Submitting a story idea, tip, concept, suggestion, or similar material does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or other special relationship between you and Let’s Scream.
17. Copyright Complaints
Let’s Scream respects intellectual-property rights.
If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may send us a written notice containing sufficient information to identify:
- the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;

legal@letsscream.com
If Let’s Scream designates and registers a Digital Millennium Copyright Act agent, applicable notices may also be directed to that designated agent as required by law.

We do not guarantee that:
- the Site will always be available;
- access will be uninterrupted;
- every historical article will remain available;
- links or embeds will continue working;
- specific features will continue to exist; or
- the Site will remain compatible with every browser, device, or service.
We may restrict access to the Site or particular features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or other operational reasons.
20. No Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Site content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes.
Content on Let’s Scream should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
You should consult an appropriate professional when professional advice is required.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
LET’S SCREAM DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
22. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LET’S SCREAM AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE.

- advertisements;
- affiliate transactions;
- data loss;
- unauthorized access;
- service interruptions; or
- content errors or omissions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Because some jurisdictions restrict certain limitations of liability, portions of this section may not apply to you.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Let’s Scream and its owners, officers, employees, contributors, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to:
- your unlawful use of the Site;
- your material violation of these Terms;
- material you submit to the Site;
- your infringement of another person’s rights; or
- your violation of applicable law.
This provision does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
24. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to the Let’s Scream Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Site.
25. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to some or all of the Site where reasonably necessary because of:
- violation of these Terms;
- unlawful activity;
- abuse;
- security threats;
- interference with Site operations; or
- other circumstances in which restricting access is reasonably necessary to protect Let’s Scream, the Site, or others.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
26. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by applicable laws of the United States and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Let’s Scream is legally organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights provided by mandatory laws applicable in your place of residence.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
28. No Waiver
If Let’s Scream does not enforce a provision of these Terms in a particular instance, that does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular feature, promotion, or service, constitute the agreement between you and Let’s Scream regarding your use of the Site.
