New Kraft Mac & Cheese Cinnamon Roll Flavor Has Been Unleashed in Stores And It’s No Joke

Kraft Mac & Cheese Cinnamon Roll Flavor

Help! I’m already gagging. Yes, it is absolutely true. We’re getting Cinnamon Roll flavored Mac & Cheese. I can’t wait to read DrScreams’ upcoming review on this one, while I’m locked in the bathroom. Maybe it’ll be good? Fingers crossed.

I am 100% not lying when I say Kraft Mac & Cheese is giving its familiar blue box two unexpected new flavors. One of them has me running and hiding. It takes direct inspiration from the breakfast pastry aisle. The brand has introduced limited-time Chili Crisp and, GASP!, Cinnamon Roll varieties, offering fans a couple of very different twists on its classic cheesy pasta.

Kraft confirmed the launch in a post on its official Instagram account, writing, “Yep, you read that right. Chili Crisp and Cinnamon Roll Kraft Mac & Cheese are available now for a limited time.”

The Cinnamon Roll variety combines warm cinnamon spices with Kraft’s signature creamy, cheesy pasta. The company describes it as having a slightly tangy bite inspired by the popular breakfast treat. It’s certainly an unusual combination, although anyone who enjoys experimenting with sweet-and-savory flavors might be curious to see how it tastes.

For shoppers who would rather keep things on the savory side, Chili Crisp Mac & Cheese takes inspiration from the increasingly popular condiment. The flavor pairs chili crisp-inspired heat with Kraft’s familiar cheese sauce, giving the traditional boxed dinner a spicy variation.

The two flavors also have different retail arrangements. Chili Crisp is available for a limited time at Meijer, Walmart, and Amazon, while Cinnamon Roll is exclusive to Walmart. Kraft has not announced suggested retail prices or specific dates for when either variety will leave store shelves.

According to Parade, Kraft developed the new flavors in response to changing consumer preferences, with more than 60% of fans expressing interest in unexpected mac and cheese varieties beyond the classics. The company also says more flavor innovations are planned for 2027, so these two releases may be part of a larger effort to shake up the familiar lineup.

Kraft has experimented with new directions for the brand before, but Cinnamon Roll is an especially unusual departure from the standard cheese-and-pasta formula. Chili Crisp has a more obvious savory connection, while the breakfast-inspired option is likely to prompt a few double takes from shoppers.

Both Kraft Mac & Cheese Chili Crisp and Cinnamon Roll are available now for a limited time. Cinnamon Roll can only be found at Walmart, while Chili Crisp is being sold through Meijer, Walmart, and Amazon.
