Halloween Horror Nights isn’t just bringing a new crop of haunted houses to Universal Studios Hollywood this year. The food has gotten in on the action, with an extensive 2026 menu inspired by Art the Clown, Stranger Things, Sinners, Ozzy Osbourne, Hellraiser, Evil Dead and more.
The new food and drinks will be available when Halloween Horror Nights opens September 3, with menus spread throughout the Upper and Lower Lots. Universal Studios Hollywood Executive Chef Julia Thrash and her culinary team developed the lineup around this year’s houses and attractions, resulting in everything from a 22-inch Fortnite hot dog to a giant fried mozzarella stick inspired by Art the Clown.
The returning Halloween Horror Nights Dining Pass can be used on select items throughout the event. Each pass includes two eligible entrées and four eligible sides, snacks, desserts or beverages, with qualifying items marked on menu boards inside the park.
Some of the strongest theming can be found at Ozzy’s Bar on the Lower Lot. Bark at the Naan is a naan taco stuffed with chicken tikka masala, red cabbage, pineapple and lime crema, while the Crazy Train Chickpea Curry Burrito offers a meatless option with coconut chickpea curry and pineapple chutney. The Prince of Darkness Cake combines carrot cake, cream cheese mousse, black ganache and chocolate mousse, finished with a chocolate bat. There’s also the wonderfully named I Just Want You… & Tacos, made with Fritos, black garlic BBQ brisket, red onion, coleslaw and cilantro.
Art the Clown gets two locations of his own. Clown Cafe serves the Death by Cheese Stick, a giant mozzarella stick coated in crushed Ruffles and paired with spicy marinara, along with Bloodbath Brisket Fries, spicy cauliflower bites and a chocolate raspberry croissant pull-apart called Gut Wound. Art’s Killer Cold Brew mixes bourbon, amaro, cold brew coffee and vanilla syrup under sweet cream cold foam with a chocolate Art the Clown hat.
Art’s Killer Cold Brew also turns up at Art the Clown’s Tinsel Bar, where this year’s Christmas-themed Terror Tram spills over into the cocktail menu. Silent Night Slasher comes with gummy Christmas trees, Mistletoe Massacre combines tequila, Aperol and blackberry with strawberry-drizzled cold foam, and Frosty Night is finished with a Christmas sprinkle marshmallow rim.

- “Pick Poor Robin Clean”: Chicken wings with black garlic whiskey BBQ sauce, crispy garlic chips and jalapeño cornbread
- Pecan and Whiskey Bread Pudding: Brown sugar pecan bread pudding with whiskey butterscotch sauce and flaky salt
- I Lied to You, I Love the Blues-berry: A non-alcoholic mix of ginger ale, white grape juice, lemon juice and blue curacao syrup with blueberries and lemon
There’s also a separate Sinners Club Juke at Mulligan’s Bar serving Prohibition Punch, an alcoholic version of I Lied to You, I Love the Blues-berry, Juke Juice and a Pale, Pale Moon Ale Shandy.

The Universal Plaza menu includes Beef Birria Tacos, a Salsa Verde Walking Taco, esquites and pineapple spears with Tajín and chamoy. Drinks include The Drowned Bride, La Siguanaba Spicy Margarita, El Cadejo Mangorita, Muerte Michelada and several margaritas.
More Halloween Horror Nights Food
There’s still plenty beyond the larger themed menus. Studio Scoops has a Hello Kitty Chucky Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae, while Killer Snacks offers Skin & Chips Nachos and sour blue raspberry-filled donut bites called Open the Box. Evil Dead Burn gets Severed & Smoked Chicken topped with Sichuan chili crisp.
Fortnitemares brings one of the night’s more ridiculous meals with the Battle Bus Dog, a 22-inch all-beef hot dog covered in nacho cheese, coleslaw, Sriracha aioli, banana peppers and crushed Hot Cheetos. The same location serves Slurp Juice, a chocolate-dipped Zero Point Pretzel and The Final Peel, a green vanilla whoopie pie filled with banana caramel buttercream.
Springfield’s Treehouse of Horror menu includes Sloppy D’oh, Worst.Brat.Ever!, Road Scrapin’s loaded fries, Pumpkin Spice Cold Boo and an Mmm…Forbidden Pumpkin Donut. A Chocolate Raspberry Bloody Cookie will also be sold at various locations throughout the event.
Universal has a new merchandise collection to go with the food, including Art the Clown plaid button-ups, a Killer Klowns from Outer Space backpack, Sinners apparel, a retro Stranger Things varsity jacket and crossbody bag, Hellraiser jewelry and clothing, and Ozzy Osbourne merchandise and collectible drinkware.
Halloween Horror Nights 2026 runs on select nights from September 3 through November 1 at Universal Studios Hollywood.
