Jack Skellington is heading back to theaters this month, and Cinemark has a new popcorn bucket waiting for him.
The theater chain has unveiled a Santa Jack collectible inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas, which returns to Cinemark theaters on October 16. The bucket recreates Jack in his Santa Claus look from the movie and comes with a detachable Santa hat and an LED light.
Cinemark revealed the collectible on social media as part of its Halloween season lineup, teasing that the bucket is “coming soon” to theaters. The company has not announced a specific on-sale date or price yet, so collectors may want to keep an eye on local Cinemark concession stands as the rerelease gets closer.

The design leans into the Christmas side of Jack’s annual identity crisis rather than the Pumpkin King look. Santa Jack’s face forms the body of the bucket, while the removable hat gives it a little more display value once the popcorn is gone. The built-in lighting is another nice touch for anyone planning to keep it on a shelf rather than actually fill it with butter.
The timing lines up with Cinemark’s broader October horror and Halloween programming. The Nightmare Before Christmas is part of the chain’s spooky season lineup alongside titles including Pan’s Labyrinth, Night of the Living Dead, Halloween and the 30th anniversary rerelease of Scream.
Henry Selick’s stop-motion classic has been a reliable theatrical return for years, and this year’s October 16 engagement gives fans another chance to see Halloween Town on the big screen before the movie inevitably starts making the rounds again during the Christmas season.
For now, the popcorn bucket is the part collectors will be watching. Cinemark has only said Santa Jack is coming soon, with no price or exact release date announced as of October 2. The Nightmare Before Christmas returns to Cinemark theaters on October 16.
